Dr. Shobit Rastogi, is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist with subspecialty training in Glaucoma. Dr. Rastogi earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. He went on to complete his residency in Ophthalmology at the Kresge Eye Institute, Wayne State University. Dr. Rastogi continued his fellowship in Glaucoma at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. He trained at University Eye Specialists with renowned Glaucoma specialists Drs. Krupin, Ruderman & Rosenberg. Dr. Rastogi is an active member of the American Glaucoma Society and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He served as the Co-Director of the Glaucoma service at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn for almost 8 years, where he was directly involved in the academic training of residents. Dr. Rastogi practices in New York City and is affiliated with the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. He is fluent in Hindi, Urdu and Spanish.
