My name is Sam Urick and I am married to my wife Dana and we have three beautiful daughters - Lily and twin sisters Scarlett and Violet. We reside outside of Pittsburgh, PA and are involved with our daughters Catholic grade school. I am on staff at St. Clair Hospital where I was employed from 2011-2017 until I opened my Direct Primary Care practice - Urick Internal Medicine - in 2018.
