Dr. Cabas-Vargas is Board-Certified in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine. She obtained her medical degree from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia. After relocating to the United States, she completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA and her rheumatology fellowship at SUNY-Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Cabas-Vargas has worked as a Rheumatologist in NJ and NY. She joined the Orange County community in 2018.
Dr. Cabas-Vargas is passionate about caring for patients with rheumatic conditions. She understands the importance of building a true patient-doctor relationship and thrives to provide high quality care for her patients. Dr. Cabas-Vargas also dedicates her time towards maintaining the integrity of physicians and independent practice.
